2008 Engineering Valedictorians

Five valedictorians from the School of Engineering & Applied Science's Class of 2008 will be recognized at the Undergraduate Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, May 15 at 2:30 p.m. at the Athletic Complex.

Doug Beattie was one of several engineering students to present during the symposium at the St. Louis Art Museum.

Undergraduate Research Symposium

Engineering students showcased their research work at the campus-wide Undergraduate Research Symposium on April 28. Coordinated by the Office of Undergraduate Research, students from all four undergraduate divisions presented presentations, posters, and demonstrations on topics from "Aliens in America" to "Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation of Cilia Motion."

Teaching, Advising & Innovation Awards

The School of Engineering is pleased to announce the 2008 Dean's Awards for innovation and excellence in undergraduate teaching and advising. Eleven individuals will be recognized during the Recognition ceremony for undergraduate students on May 15.
