Congratulations to the School of Engineering's new Chili Czar Steve Bannes. Steve won the first chili cook-off to benefit the United Way.
The School of Engineering sponsored two United Way awareness events this month, an ice cream social and the chili cook-off. Special thanks to all who attended events and contributed their time, culinary skills, bakery skills and to the Engineering United Way committee members: Nikki Lemley, Julie McCarthy, Elizabeth Williams and Kim Shilling for coordinating great events that created awareness of the United Way programs and services.
