Manager, CEC Help Center

I have been with Washington University since October 1985, always with Engineering. The position evolved as technology evolved.

I earned a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in painting and K-12 Art Certification in 1978. In 2002, I earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Management.

My role in Engineering includes hiring and managing a wonderful group of intelligent and talented student consultants for the help desk. I also enjoy facilitating communication with students, faculty and staff with issues regarding Engineering computer accounts and resources.

My family includes my husband John, due to become an ordained Deacon in the St. Louis Archdiocese in May 2008 after five years of study. Our 26-year-old son John is a chef and lives in Colorado.

If I pursued another degree, I would study pastoral counseling. I have many interests, but not sure I would want to go back to school.

My advice for current WUSTL students is to see the good in all people, keep alert, and treat others the way you like to be treated.

What inspires you? I'm inspired by many things including my faith, nature in many forms, music, art, good books and movies.
