The School of Engineering & Applied Science at WUSTL is committed to an open, inclusive environment for all members of our community. • Emphasize diversity when recruiting faculty, staff and students
• Recruit underrepresented high school students to "Explore Engineering" - a summer program at WUSTL designed to excite high school students about STEM fields through hands-on engineering design projects and interaction with engineering faculty, students and alumni.
• Develop agreements with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) through the Dual Degree program
• Invite visiting scholars from underrepresented groups
• Support student organizations' diversity initiatives
