Recommended Courses by Area of Interest (First Semester)

This page provides a summary of recommended courses to take for the first semester. Your selection of courses depends on which engineering degree you will pursue.

If you are undecided about your major, you should take a math and a physics course, as well as an introductory course that sounds interesting to you.

Biomedical Engineering Courses
BME (E62) 140: Intro to Biomedical Engineering (3 units)
ENGR (E60) 123B: Engineering Virtual Studio I (1 unit)

Chemistry Courses
