Throw a bunch of entrepreneurs in close proximity to each other, stand back and watch what happens.
That’s the thinking behind a lot of incubators, where creative people work long hours and sometimes bump into each other in the hallways to exchange ideas.
This type of synergy is on display at the T-REx incubator downtown, where a new startup has formed to leverage the marketing and business savvy of its founders with the power of the software created by a fellow T-REx inhabitant.
Automation Kit, formed in June by Israel Vicars and Philip Thomas, aims to help companies automate their digital marketing efforts and get the most bang for their buck.
To accomplish that, Vicars and Thomas are tapping into Systematic Revenue, a T-REx company formed by Don Breckenridge that recently unveiled its digital marketing solution.
Systematic Revenue allows companies to stay in touch with clients, customers and prospects. The software tracks who has visited the website, read the latest press release and clicked on various newsletters or links to services.
