What challenges have you had to overcome as a diverse business leader?

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to be a part of several organizations that realized the benefits of diversity and inclusion. However, when challenges to diversity and inclusion principles were encountered, it required a strategy of sustained intensity, optimism and adaptation. Early in my career, I decided I would never become satisfied with the status quo.
