Panel: Diversity at Bain & Company

Mar 29, 2017
6 p.m.
7 p.m.
Bauer Hall, Classroom 240

At Bain, we believe that excellence is achieved through diversity. We strive to recruit people with exceptional talent and ability – and to celebrate their differences. We develop and train them and then give them the opportunity to be the best they can be. We’re committed to making Bain a place where all people have the chance to succeed. With that, we will be conducting a panel led by several diverse Bain employees to talk about their experience so far at Bain and allow current students to ask questions about their careers so far and where they see themselves in the future.

We will also be dedicating a portion of the time to discuss our upcoming Bain Entrepreneurial Leaders Program. The Building Entrepreneurial Leaders Program is a highly selective program focused on giving top students of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and Native American descent the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to Bain & Company, one of the world’s top tier strategy consulting firms. No previous experience in business required to apply or attend the panel – we are interested in freshmen and sophomores from all majors.
