The Department of Biomedical Engineering offers five degree options, including a bachelor’s, combined bachelor’s/master’s, master’s, master of engineering, and PhD. Students will integrate the analytical, modeling, and systems approaches of engineering to the multi-scale problems of biology and medicine.

The Energy Engineering minor gives students a broad coverage of courses in Energy Engineering. Students can also learn about other energy related research underway at Washington University, participate in ongoing activities and learn about the clean energy sector.

This part-time master’s and graduate certificate program, created for any professional of the built environment, incorporates traditional themes, such as cost, time, risk and quality management, strengthened with business, finance, ethics and law.
