Students in all McKelvey Engineering majors may study abroad at several locations around the world. From studying computer science in Budapest or Amsterdam to exploring mechanical engineering in Italy, students may take a variety of major-specific and elective courses while immersing themselves in a new city and culture.

Fall and Spring semester programs and Summer programs are available.

  • Fall and Academic Year application deadline: Feb. 1
  • Summer application deadline: Feb. 1
  • Spring application deadline: May 1
  • Minimum GPA is 3.0 and students should be in good standing with Washington University.

Students classified as graduate students are not eligible to participate in study abroad, which includes BS/MS students and Dual Degree students from affiliated liberal arts schools.
