Biography

Sharniece Holland joined Washington University in St. Louis in 2019. She previously, worked as a post-doctoral fellow in mechanical engineering at Auburn University, where she studied additive manufacturing, and as an instructor for the Academic Excellence STEM Summer Bridge Program. Her studies in Alabama were supported by: The Southern Regional Education Board Dissertation Scholar Fellowship, Alabama NASA EPSCoR Graduate Research Scholars Program, The National Science Foundation: Bridge to Doctorate Fellowship, and The National Science Foundation: Alabama Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Program Scholarship. 

Holland was a speaker for the University of Arkansas College of Engineering Community and Engagement Zoom lecture series.
